AFAP in Mozambique

AFAP is working with Concern Universal Mozambique on activities that focus on long-term sustainable development, particularly in relation to HIV/AIDS initiatives. This work is improving linkages between AIDS patients and service providers and is encouraging women to become more involved with decision making and community activities.
