Regional HIV/AIDS Project

Tuvalu

The AusAID funded Regional HIV/AIDS Project provides capacity building on HIV/AIDS in the Pacific region. Within Tuvalu AFAP's partner, the Tuvalu Association of NGOs, has been appointed the as the Coordinating Development Organisation,which makes them responsible for local implementation of the project. This education program promotes awareness of the disease and provides grants to the local AIDS committee for related projects.
